Care: Moderate

Fiddle Leaf Fig wants a consistent routine. Sudden changes in light or water can cause leaf drop.

Light: Bright

Loves bright indirect light. Rotate occasionally so growth stays even on all sides.

Watering: Moderate

Water once the top 5cm of soil dries out. Both under and overwatering show up quickly as leaf spotting.

Toxicity: Toxic

Sap is irritant to cats, dogs, and people if chewed, causing mouth and stomach upset.

Position: Floor

At 80cm with broad violin shaped leaves, it needs floor space to be shown off properly. Where it thrives: a bright living room corner or beside a sofa with room to grow.
