Where do your plants come from?


All our plants are sourced directly from nurseries in the Netherlands. We partner with Dutch growers known for their expertise and efficient systems to ensure you receive top-quality, healthy, and vibrant greenery that arrives fresh and full of life.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We are an online-based store. This allows us to ship plants directly from the nursery to your door, minimizing travel time for the plants and ensuring they arrive in the best possible condition.

Are your plants suitable for beginners?

Yes! We have a wide range of plants for every skill level, from "Novice" (perfect for beginners) to "Green Thumb" and "Expert." You can filter our products by care level to find the perfect match for your experience.

Are your plants pet-friendly?

We clearly label all our plants regarding pet safety. Many of our popular plants, like the Parlour Palm (Cami) and Calathea (Maya), are completely pet-friendly. Others, like the Snake Plant (Minta), are mildly toxic. Please check the "Pet Friendly" section on each product page before purchasing.

We offer free shipping on our orders.

Where do you ship to?

We ship our plants directly to your home. Since our prices are listed in Euros (€) and our stock comes from the Netherlands, we primarily serve customers within the Eurozone.

How are the plants packaged?

We take great care in packaging to ensure your new green friends arrive safely. Plants are picked and packed securely in sturdy, plant-safe boxes at the nursery. This specialized packaging protects them from damage and temperature fluctuations during transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our process involves three steps: you place your order, it is picked and packed fresh at the nursery, and then delivered to you. While delivery times can vary, it typically takes up to 8 days. Sourcing directly from the Netherlands ensures a swift journey from the grower to your home.

I don't know which plant to choose. Can you help?

Absolutely. We have categorized our plants by room (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, Home Office) to help you find the best fit for your space's light and humidity. For example, our Bathroom collection features plants that thrive in higher humidity, while our Bedroom collection focuses on air-purifying and calming plants.

Do you sell plant care products?

Yes, we offer a range of indoor plant care essentials, including specialized soil mixes, plant food, and moisture meters. We want to ensure you have everything you need to keep your plants thriving year-round.

What if I kill my plant?

We provide detailed care instructions for every plant we sell, including light, water, and soil requirements. We recommend starting with our "Novice" category if you are new to plant parenthood. If you're struggling, check our care guides or contact us for advice.

Orders & Returns

Can I return a plant if I’m not happy with it?

We have a refund policy in place. Generally, due to the perishable nature of plants, returns may have specific conditions. Please review our Refund Policy page for the most up-to-date details on how to initiate a return or report an issue with your order.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

While we package our plants securely, accidents can happen. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the plant and packaging so we can resolve the issue for you.
